What happens?

New Life has gatherings where both serious and fun things can happen, where youth can have teaching and meet God - but also enjoy fellowship with others. We really believe that there is strength in young people coming together, having fun together and learning about God, as well as challenging each other to follow Him with all of their heart.

When?

We meet each Friday at 7 pm. Then we have a youth service with prayer, worship singing, teaching and, of course, "fika" and chill fellowship. We also have teen cell groups, and confirmation for 13/14-year-olds.

Where?

We are downstairs at New Life, Fridhemsgatan 17. Underground: Fridhemsplan

How do I join?

You don't need to sign up in advance if you want to attend the Friday services; just show up! If you're interested in belonging to a teenage cell group or to be part of confirmation, you can just e-mail the church youth leader Jenny Wahlström at jenny@newlife.nu. For more info about camps and other fun things that happen for youth, please keep an eye on the website.

God loves YOUth!

In New Life, we believe that young people are of great importance. They are the ones on whom the future of the church depends. Genuine mettings with God and teaching which speaks to youth in their situations is critical for them to be able to recieve Jesus in their lives and live as true followers of him.  But we do also believe that it is important that they have fun together and have friends who believe the same things.   While youth are important for the future, they are also important here and now. The Bible repeatedly shows how God uses young people to let His will be done, and we are convinced that God also wants to do that today.

1 Timothy 4:12

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
